This Easter Weekend, 3 Christians and 3 Muslims will get together to defend and advance their faiths through reason and logic. It is the hope of Acts 17 Apologetics that the love of God, truth, and fellow man be the driving force behind a thorough investigation of some critical issues of these two faiths.

Sami Zaatari has written hundreds of articles defending Islam and runs the website
www.muslim-responses.com. He is currently studying literature in London and is working on a book on Jesus' crucifixion.
Shadid Lewis is a convert to Islam and currently serves as President of the Hampton Mosque and Islamic Center. He has his certification in Comparative Religion from the Islamic Research and Propagation Center, and has studied the Sciences of the Qur'an at American Open Islamic University.
Nadir Ahmed is a Muslim debater backed by the Islamic Center of Peoria. He runs the website

James White is the director of Alpha and Omega Ministries, a Christian apologetics organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the author of more than twenty books, a professor, an accomplished debater, and an elder of the Phoenix Reformed Baptist Church.

David Wood is a Teaching Fellow at Fordham University, where he teaches Philosophical Ethics. He holds degrees in Biology and Philosophy and is coauthor of the book

Nabeel Qureshi is an ex-Muslim apologist who is currently pursuing an MD at Eastern Virginia Medical School and has just finished the coursework for his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University in CA.
